Q.  ALLOUT is a “personal property removal company.”  What does “Personal Property” mean?
A.  Any items, in a home or garage, not attached to the structure, including appliances, furniture, household products, decorative items, tools, kitchenware, clothing, sporting goods, lumber, etc. (not including built-in items, carpeting, light fixtures, etc.)

Q.  How do I use ALLOUT when I want complete personal property removal from a home?
A.  It’s simple!

1. Identify the items you would like ALLOUT to remove.
2. Call ALLOUT 920-841-3151 to arrange an appointment for a walk-through and a FREE quote.
3. After the quote, accept and sign or decline ALLOUT services.
4. Upon acceptance of a quote and full payment, ALLOUT will arrange the removal of the personal property.  NOTHING may be added to or removed from the house after the walk-through, or the agreement is void and payment is forfeited.
5. ALLOUT removes all personal property on the premises at the agreed upon date(s) and is solely responsible for its disposal.

Q.  What if I just need your help removing one or two items, like an appliance or a couch?
A.  We can do that, too.  Call us at 920-841-3151 and we’ll come in and give you a quote based solely on the specific item.

Q.  If I’m in charge of clearing out the home of a loved one moving to a nursing home or who has passed away and I don’t want the remaining personal property or I just don’t have the ability or time to get it out myself, can ALLOUT help?
A.  Yes, we can.  And we’d be happy to discuss details of your personal situation.  Just contact us!

Q.  What does ALLOUT do with the personal property?
A.  ALLOUT disposes of personal property in a variety of ways, depending on the type and quantity of the items.  It may involve discarding items, donation to a variety of charities, recycling, and the proper disposal of paint & other hazardous materials ALLOUT is not an appraisal service and does not offer expertise in the area of item value. Any future losses or gains ALLOUT experiences in its disposal decisions are exclusively the risk and responsibility of ALLOUT, and do not, in any way retroactively affect the agreement.

Q.  How much does an ALLOUT quote cost?
A.  A quote is absolutely free and does not imply obligation to purchase ALLOUT services.

Q.  How much does ALLOUT’s service cost?
A.  Prices vary widely depending on location, quantity of items, nature of items to be removed, accessibility, etc.  There is no way to give an accurate price of any kind without an actual walk-through.  Remember, although we think you’ll be very pleased with our pricing and with the peace-of-mind we offer, a quote requestdoes NOT obligate you in any way to proceed with ALLOUT’s services.

Q. What forms of payment does ALLOUT accept?
A.  We happily accept cash and cashier’s checks for the fastest service.  We also happily accept personal checks.  Be advised that personal checks delay service by 7 to 10 business days as funds clear.  There is a $40 return fee on any returned checks.

Q.  May I make arrangements for ALLOUT services if I am not the owner of the personal property?
A.  You may if you supply us with the legal paperwork indicating you are the Guardian for owner, power of attorney for owner, or trustee for owner.

Q.  Does ALLOUT clean an emptied house upon completion of property removal?
A.  No, we do not.  We strictly remove property.  However, if you are in need of a cleaning service, we can provide a list of local sources.
